A downloadable game
Your journey begins one day when you and your friend decide to take a trip to Melon Forest You spend your time happily fishing and harvesting wild radishes, thinking fondly of the delicious dinner the two of you will soon have.
Just as your friend heads into the forest on a search for firewood, a vicious storm rolls in. After being separated, you spend the night alone, determined to find them in the morning.
You roam around, asking the citizens of Hog Town if they’ve seen your friend and unfortunately, you find out that in this world no information comes free.

How do you save?
Can i save my game somehow? I see a battery in the cartridge, but no way to save the game.

it’s neat but there’s two problems: it seems like the ROM for emulators is Gameboy Color format not regular Gameboy format. That means the normal Gameboy model emulation color palettes (Pocket, DMG, Light indigo) aren’t usable. That’s a bummer since the game presents itself as a Gameboy green-like kind of game?
Also the FLASH TO WHITE SCREEN on every map transition is a bother to the eyeballs, and I think is generally bad practice for that reason.
Is it possible as a buyer of the switch collectors edition (with the Japan gb version) to get this/the english one maybe for free?

I'm new to Melon Journey, could anyone tell me are either of these new games a remake of the one from 2012 or are these both follow-ups to that?
